3-Floss your teeth every day for a healthy smile

Be sure that you take the time to brush and floss at least daily. However, we would like to see our patients brush more than just once a day.

For example, eating certain foods or smoking might cause your breath to smell bad, too. If you want to keep your teeth healthy and fresh, make sure to brush them twice a day with toothpaste and floss them at least once a day or more frequently if necessary

4-Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to help with oral health

Drinking 8 glasses of water a day is important for oral health. It hydrates the body and keeps the mouth moist.

It’s also important to be aware of food and drink options that can contribute to tooth decay or gum diseases, such as sugary drinks, fruit juices, sports drinks, iced tea, and alcohol. Water will wash away food fragments and particles and have a balanced PH, which will help balance the mouth’s PH.

5-Choose to Whiten your teeth.

Teeth whitening is a great way to improve the overall appearance of your healthy smile.
