Meet our Dental Team – Wohlers Family Dentistry
Crystal attended Kennesaw State University where she received a bachelors of arts in communication. She then attended Clayton State University where she received a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene. To continue her dental education, she also takes Hinman classes and hygiene classes with Spear® Education. The office would be in trouble if Crystal wasn’t there to help fix everyone’s cell phones. Crystal and her husband, Michael, met in the 5th grade and married in 2013. They have two children-Brynlee and Bryce. When she isn’t busy at the office, Crystal enjoys watching University of Georgia football, reading, shopping on Amazon, spending time with friends, and on occasion, you might even see her juggling!
Lynette has been with the team for 14 years. She received an associates degree in liberal arts from Martin Methodist College; an Associates of Science in dental hygiene from Tennessee State University/Meharry Medical College as well as an Associate degree in biblical studies from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Lynette is CPR certified and has also completed continuing education courses for dental hygiene through Spear® Education. Lynette is married with six children and four grandchildren. In her time away from the office, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, antique shopping, oil painting, and restoring furniture. She also enjoys watching HGTV and Family Feud.
Lynn joined our team 30 years ago and has been comforting and caring for our patients ever since. She received her business degree from Jefferson State College and her dental hygiene certification from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry. Lynn is CPR, X-ray, and OSHA sterilization certified. She and her husband, Russell, have been married 40 years and have one daughter, Jaclyn. When she’s not at the office, she enjoys listening to music, sewing, reading, playing word games, and going to the gym.
Certified Dental Assistant
Lori attended Palm Beach State where she studied dental assisting. She also studied TMJ pressure point at Upledger Institute. Lori is CPR, HIV/AIDS and OSHA certified and is proficient in insurance coding, 3M scanning, digital X-rays, and Dentrix systems. Lori has a 21 year old son and in her free time enjoys water sports, traveling, shopping, reading and time with her family and puppy. Lori is a team player and is always ready to jump in to make sure everything in the office runs smoothly.
Paula has been with our team for 22 years. Everyone appreciates her southern girl phone voice when they call our office. She received her Lanier Technical College and her dental assistant certification from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has completed numerous trainings and certifications, including, X-ray and CPR certification, practice management with Quest Management Consultants, Linda Miles, Pride Institute, Jameson Management consulting, and Hinman Dental Meetings. Paula is married with one daughter, Maggie. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, and watching Dateline ID and Alabama football and she’s a tailgating fanatic.
Front Office Coordinator
Martha has been with our practice for over 16 years and is our office spelling champion. She keeps things running smoothly in the office and tackles the tough insurance issues. Martha graduated, (on the Dean’s list), from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Education degree in elementary education. She keeps her skills sharp by attending insurance courses, as well as the Hinman Dental Meeting. Martha and her husband, Richard, have one daughter, Brittany, as well as a grandcat, Chloe, and a granddog, Roux. Martha enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, traveling, shopping, going to the beach, and watching University of Georgia football.
Certified Dental Assistant
Gina attended Medix College of Healthcare for Dental Assisting, the Georgia Expanded Duties program and Gwinnet Technical College. She also spent time in the US Navy, studying mechanical engineering. Gina has had extensive training in neuromuscular TMD dysfunction, as well as CAD CAM scanning, CBCT acquisition, and airway and sleep medicine. She has CDA and EFDA course certification as well as X-ray certification. Gina has a 19-year-old son, as well as a dog and a cat. When she’s not problem solving around the office and connecting with our patients, she enjoys swimming, camping, spending time with family, attending air shows and classic car shows. When the weather is cooler, Gina also enjoys hiking the trails of the Red Top Mountains.
