Full Mouth Rehab

Patient had a severe grinding habit that caused her to wear down over 50% of her teeth. She was concerned she would loose the teeth if something was not done. To correct the eruption pattern and gingival abnormalities, the patient completed about 1 year of orthodontics (braces), followed by a full mouth rehabilitation, which included dental crowns of each of her teeth.

Macrodontia (one large central)

Matthew was born with a malformed tooth that has made him self conscious most of his adult life. We were able to “mask” the issue with four veneers. His mom at the end hugged me and said, thanks for giving me my son back. Talk about the tears flowing! This is why I practice dentistry in Marietta. We can change lives through a smile.

Patient – Before and After

The patient had crowns placed 30+ years ago on her upper front teeth. The esthetics were poor and she was wanting to love her smile again. We replaced the existing crowns and completed crowns/veneers on the remaining front teeth to complete her smile make over.

Invisalign

Patient wanted a smile to match her personality and one she felt good about. Invisalign for about one year was worn to correct the crowding and malalignment of the teeth.

Patient’s chief complaint was lower crowding. They wanted a straighter more even smile. These results were achieved with Invisalign.

Full Coverage 3 Unit Bridge

Here is a congenitally missing lower incisor. She had a porcelain/metal Maryland bridge placed as a young adult and had always been unhappy with the appearance. Replaced with a full coverage 3 unit dental bridge. She is so happy with the results, even her husband thanked me when he came in for his visit.

Anterior Replacement Crowns

The patient replaced 6 anterior crowns due to severe wear, chipping, aging esthetics of the crowns. Six new anterior crowns were placed.

Anterior Crowns

4 crowns on the anterior to correct the esthetics of the existing, worn crowns, providing a more natural and pleasing smile for the patient

Veneers & Crowns

2 veneers and 2 crowns to even out the space, develop more natural proportions, close the gap and even out the smile design. Patient very happy with final results.

Lowers

The patient desired for the lower anterior teeth to match her existing crowns. She was not happy with the crowding and the wear on her existing lower teeth. Six anterior crowns were placed to match her existing crowns, correct the crowding and eliminate the look of old, worn teeth.

White Spots
